Registration Info
All students will be charged an annual registration fee of $25 upon initial registration. This fee is good for one year.
$25 – first child | $15 – second child | $5 – third child
In addition, we offer tuition discounts for families with multiple children enrolled.
10% off second child | 30% off third child | 50% off fourth child
Gymnastics with Integrated Sensory Room Experience
$150 – 1 day/week
This program is designed to incorporate both elements of gymnastic instruction as well as a calming sensory experience for children. Children will be working on activities that promote strengthening, flexibility, balance, coordination, and body/safety awareness. Learn more »

Pre-Registration Dates
Students in the Bright Raven program who submit their tuition for the upcoming session by the pre-registration dates are guaranteed their place in class. After the pre-registration date, registrations are accepted on a first-come first-serve basis, with no priority given to either current or new students. As most of our classes close out each session, we recommend that you submit tuition for the upcoming session by the pre-registration dates to guarantee your child’s place in class and avoid disappointment.

Installment Payments
An installment payment option is available for your convenience for all classes. When opting to pay in installments, your child’s space in class is reserved for the full 8-week session.
You are responsible for the full tuition payment (both installments) regardless of your child’s actual attendance. A $10.00 charge is included to cover the cost of the additional bookkeeping.

Second installment payments made more than one week after the due date will incur a $5.00 late fee.
How To Register
You can view all classes under the booking tab. You can filter classes by level and request the class of your choice. Make sure you request the correct session. If you request a future session you will be added to the wait list until after the pre registration deadline for the session you are requesting. Once your class request is received you will get a conformation email. Once your request is processed you will receive another email prompting you to return to the portal to pay tuition for the session. Your class registration isn’t complete until we have received the payment. You can also make payments in person at the front desk or mail to:

Be Prepared for Class
- Girls: a one-piece leotard is required. Gym shorts/leggings may be worn over leotard.
- Boys: a tucked in t-shirt with gym shorts, no belts, buckles, zippers or snaps.
- Hair must be pulled back
- No jewelry except small post earrings
Refund Policy
All registration fees are non-refundable. We give no class tuition refunds after a session begins except to Mini Olympians new to the program.
Missed Classes
Make-up days cannot be given to individuals missing classes because of illness or travel. Our classes are staffed to meet the needs of each class. To allow students to make-up classes at different times would infringe upon other students class time. Because of the developmental nature of our program, we request that all students be on time for each class, and try not to miss many classes.
